He is thus authorized to write the coveted letters RM (R\u00e9coltant-Manipulant) on the label of all his bottles of Premier CRU Champagnes. The secular know-how, the values of authenticity and tradition are totally respected and meet the customers expectations.<\/p>\n
As a grower-producer, Francois Lecompte carries out all the work in the vineyard, the vinification (wine-processing), the bottling and the aging of his champagne in the family chalk cellars.
