Our Champagne Extra-Brut is a very low-dose champagne (3 g of added sugar), which allows the wine to fully express itself and reveal an exceptional aromatic profile.

Its typicity reflects all the diversity of grape varieties, and the richness of our Rilly-la-Montagne terroir.

Both deep and airy, this very expressive cuvée combines liveliness and complexity.

Its beautiful minerality and a dazzling sensation of lightness, characteristic of champagnes with little dosage, seduce all palates.

A Vibrant and Intense Grand Champagne.

Tasting Notes

Vieilli en cave pendant 7 ans

EYE : The robe is a beautiful, brilliant Golden Gold.
This wine is built around a fine effervescence (and overall silhouette to match).

NOSE : on wheat, fresh and warm bread.

PALATE : Gourmet, little hint of honey Lively but discreet bubbles, Tasty on the pastry and the white fruits with the soft vivacity of citrus to close the parade.

Vinification

TERROIR : PREMIER CRU

Rilly-la-Montagne, Montagne de Reims (51).

 

VINIFICATION :

Only “la Cuvée” (first juice from the first pressing) is used in the composition of our champagnes.

Natural vinification, without any addition of yeast (spontaneous fermentation by the yeasts contained in the wine).

Malolactic fermentation carried out.

COMPOSITION :

40 % Chardonnay,

30 % Pinot Noir,

30 % Pinot Meunier

AGING IN OUR CELLARS : 7 ans

DOSAGE : 3 g
